1. Acceptance and Modification of Agreement

1.1 This agreement is between you and Cloud Sailing Starry Sea Academy (hereinafter referred to as "we") regarding your use of our services.

1.3 If you continue to use our services after the terms have been changed, it means you have accepted the modified agreement.

2. Account Registration and Security

2.1 Registration Qualification: You confirm that when you complete the registration process or actually use the service in other ways we allow, you should have the corresponding civil capacity as stipulated by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If you do not have the aforementioned civil capacity appropriate to your behavior, you and your guardian shall bear all consequences in accordance with the law.

2.2 Registration Information: You guarantee that all information provided during registration is true, complete, and accurate, and you commit to updating your registration information in a timely manner.

2.3 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password, and for all activities under your account.

3. User Behavior Standards

3.1 When using our services, you must comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and must not use our services for illegal activities, including but not limited to:

• Publishing or disseminating content that violates national laws or endangers national security;
• Publishing or disseminating content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights, trade secrets, or other legitimate rights of others;
• Publishing or disseminating obscene, pornographic, gambling, violent, murder, terror, or criminal content;
• Publishing or disseminating harassment, advertising, and spam;
• Engaging in other behaviors that violate laws, regulations, policies, public order and good customs, social morality, or interfere with our normal operations.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Any text, images, graphics, audio and/or video materials contained in our services are protected by copyright, trademark, and/or other property ownership laws.

4.2 Without our or the relevant rights holder's explicit written permission, you may not modify, copy, publicly display, distribute, or otherwise use these materials in any way.

5. Service Changes, Interruptions, or Termination

5.1 We reserve the right to change, interrupt, or terminate the service at any time.

5.2 You understand that we need to regularly or irregularly inspect or maintain the platform that provides the service. If such situations cause service interruptions within a reasonable time, we shall not be liable for this.

5.3 If any of the following situations occur, we have the right to interrupt or terminate the service to you at any time:

• The personal information you provide is not true;
• You violate the user behavior standards specified in this agreement;
• You fail to pay the corresponding fees to us when using paid services;
• Other situations where we believe the service should be terminated.

6. Disclaimer

6.1 You clearly understand and agree that we are not liable for any damages caused by any of the following situations:

• Force majeure such as typhoons, earthquakes, floods, lightning, or terrorist attacks;
• Failures in your computer software, system, hardware, and communication lines;
• Your improper operation;
• Your use of our services through unauthorized means;
• Other losses not caused by our fault.

7. Effectiveness and Interpretation of the Agreement

7.1 This agreement takes effect from the day you register as a user of Cloud Sailing Starry Sea Academy.

7.2 The final interpretation of this agreement belongs to Cloud Sailing Starry Sea Academy.

7.3 The effectiveness, interpretation, changes, execution, and dispute resolution of this agreement are all applicable to the laws of the People's Republic of China.
